Please park around the side of the building and use door marked HS10. This is the same door that has been used for previous meets. Just a reminder..... since school was cancelled today, we are NOT able to have practice tonight. ALSO, parents, please consider taking the meet marshall and meet director tests. They are on the USA Swimming website. They are free of charge and it would help the club out immensely! We are looking to do more intrasquad meets. These positions are essential to the running of a meet. If we have numerous people trained, we don't need to worry about individual availability as much. Neither of the trainings take a long time....
Hi Parents, In order for us to hold the meet on Thursday night we need timers. There is NO timing system a the middle school and therefore we need 3 timers per lane. Hi everyone, I just received information from Horseheads. This came from the facilities department. "Because of the weather, we had to reschedule a wrestling meet and a swim meet to tonight. This means that the pool will not be available for your group’s practice tonight. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you understand this was weather related and unavoidable." Hi everyone, The following is an email I received from the Athletic Director from Corning Painted Post. "Due to anticipated high winds and low temps this afternoon into the evening, all after school activities (including practices and contests) are CANCELLED this evening, 1/16. We want to ensure all students, staff and families make it home safely. Thank you!" As a result, our practice tonight has been cancelled.
