Effective tomorrow, Monday 11/17 - we will be shifting HORSEHEADS PRACTICE TIMES 15 MINUTES EARLIER. Horseheads pool time will be 6:30-8:30. TEAM SUITS! This year we are changing up team suits. Team suits are not required but recommended. We are going with SOLID BLACK SUITS. You/your swimmer can pick the brand and style that fits best – whether that is thicker or thinner straps, jammers or briefs. A competition suit should be tight fitting. We were just notified the Harris Hill pool is not available Friday evening (8/15). Therefore practice for the evening is cancelled. Any Senior or Intermediate swimmers are welcome to attend Friday AM practice regardless of registration package. Senior practice 8-10:30, Inter practice 9-10:30. That will conclude the summer season. Registration for the fall and winter will be open soon.

Don’t forget! Tonight is the 2024-25 season party - open to ALL River Rats swimmers from the past year! Harris Hill 6:30 - pizza with pool games to follow! REMINDER! There is no practice tomorrow for the Fourth of July! Happy Independence Day! Don’t forget to sign up for the Sertoma meet! It is the first weekend in August in Endicott, and open to all levels. Registration closes 7/14. If you need help registering let us know!
