Practice for March 11th -

IF your swimmer is continuing with practices for the Gold level meet or above (Speedos, LCM Championship) please see the information for tonight.

If you are practicing tonight in Horseheads, practice will be from 6pm to 8pm.

If you are practicing tonight in Corning, your practice time is the same --- 6:35-8:35.  Please remember to use the front door.
