Here is additional information for the Silver Meet this weekend.

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for attending the 2024 Niagara Silver Championships. We appreciate your support and are excited to host over 600 swimmers in the meet. There should be a lot of great racing over the 2.5 days!

 

Here is some info to share with your families and coaches:

  • Our hosted meet page has been updated with finalized:
    • Heat sheets
    • Session reports
    • Psych sheets
    • Timing assignments
    • Seating & Warm up assignments (this will also be posted at WAC to assist teams)
  • Heat sheets will only be available at the meet for coaches and officials. Please have families print and bring their own or access it through their mobile devices.
  • We will be doing flyover starts.
  • Positive check-in is required by 4:15pm on Friday for the 400 IM and 500 Free. Check-in by the end of warm up is required for the 1000 and 1650 Free events competed on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Swimmers in the 500 Free on Friday as well as the 1000 / 1650 on Saturday and Sunday must provide their own timers and counters.
  • There will be a coaches’ meeting on Friday at 3:45pm in the conference room prior to the start of session 1. All participating coaches and athletes are responsible for all information disseminated at the meeting. If you are not in attendance, please find DJ Johnson to review the content. Additional coaches’ meetings will be called as needed during the competition and communicated.
  • Concessions will be open offering drinks, snacks and pizza.
  • Hospitality for coaches and officials will be in the conference room.
  • Northwest Designs will be onsite selling custom meet apparel. They will be located in the upstairs balcony area.
  • Ultimate Swim Shop will be at the meet selling last minute items needs for your swimmers. They will be located in the upstairs balcony area.
  • All patrons are asked to park in designated spots only. Parking in the grass or in the fire lane striping is prohibited at all times. Illegally parked cars may be towed at the owner’s expense.
