Seniors - Group 3 8:30-11:30

Intermediate - Group 2 8:30-10:30

Novice - Group 1 10:30-11:30

Senior and Intermediate swimmers will have dryland practice in addition to swim practice. Please be prepared for dryland.

These practices will be at the CPP High School.
