Update ----- Tonights practice at Addison is from 6:30 to 8:00

Due to the early morning arrival for the swim meet in Ithaca on Saturday, December 9th, we are changing practice to end at 8pm tonight.

Please arrive early so they can be in the water promptly at 6:30.

We want all swimmers to be able to get some much needed rest. 

Thank you and see you tonight at Addison!  Please remember use door #16!
