Flapjack Fundraiser -- Applebees in Big Flats -- Dec 3rd from 8 am to 10 am

Hi Parents, 

We are working diligently to help ALL participants of the club.  We are working on completing fundraisers so that we can reduce costs, get swimmers swim gear at no cost to parents, be able to hold additional practices outside of the regular practice time, etc.  All of these additional things cost money which is being raised through the numerous fundraisers we are doing.

In order to make the "extras" cost effective, we need EVERYONE to help!

Please take a minute to look at the flapjack fundraiser team event on the events and competition section.  Please sign up for the breakfast.  We need to sell additional tickets.  Please ask family and friends to purchase tickets.  Please tell people at work about this event.  This will be a "breakfast with Santa and Mrs. Claus".  TIckets can be bought from Susanne, Jessica, or Jill. Please let us know if you would like some tickets to sell.  In addition to selling the tickets.  We need parents and swimmers to work this event.  We need basket raffles donated by parents.  You can go to area businesses if you want to ask for donations or you can build a basket yourself and donate.  Tickets for these baskets will be sold during the breakfast and a winning ticket will be drawn at the conclusion of the event.  You won't need to be present to win.

The event is Dec. 3rd from 8 am to 10 am.  Cleanup will begin at 10 am and continue until Applebee's is ready to start serving their customers at 11 am.
