Saturday Practice - November 18th

There will be an additional practice on Saturday, November 18th.

This practice will be at the High School Pool.  

Practice will include dryland and pool time.  Please have swimmers wear shorts and sneakers for the dryland portion.

Times for each group will be posted closer to November 18th.  All practices will be in the morning and all will conclude no later than11:30.
